Responsibilities

  • Support a full spectrum of company secretarial and compliance duties for the Company and its subsidiaries;
  • Assist in preparing interim/annual reports, circulars, announcements and handling administrative matters;
  • Assist in organizing board/shareholders’ meetings, including preparing meeting materials;
  • Maintain effective filing and retrieval systems for all company records;
  • Assist in clerical and various tasks assigned and ad hoc projects.
  • 負責協助公司及其附屬公司全面的公司秘書及合規工作;
  • 協助籌備中期/年度報告、通函、公告及處理行政事務;
  • 協助組織董事會/股東會會議,包括準備會議文件;
  • 維持公司有效的文件檔案系統;
  • 協助文書及各類分派任務以及其他特別任務。

Requirements

  • More than 4 years relevant experience in company secretarial affairs in professional firm or listed company;
  • Member of ICSA/HKICS preferred;
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Chinese Word Processing;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
  • 4年以上專業公司或上市公司從事公司秘書工作的經驗;
  • ICSA/HKICS會員;
  • 良好的人際關係技巧、處事細心、有條理及責任心強;
  • 良好中英文書寫及口語能力(包括普通話);
  • 熟練應用微軟辦公室軟體及中文打字;
  • 隨時可上班者優先考慮。
