The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Data, Automation & Systems Lead to turn data, technology and business processes into better decisions and more efficient ways of working.

Working closely with the CFO, you will own and continuously improve the data and reporting environment and initiatives: You will bridge the gap between finance, technology and the wider business - identifying opportunities, building practical solutions and ensuring they deliver measurable value.

• Lead data analysis, reporting, dashboards and data governance across the business.
• Administer and optimise Pronto, including development, uploads, integrations and process improvements.
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities using Python, Power Automate and other emerging technologies.
• Champion practical AI adoption across Finance, ERP and operational processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable data and technology solutions.
• Identify inefficiencies, undertake root-cause analysis and implement measurable process improvements.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Sales and Supply Chain to ensure data and systems support business priorities.
• Establish strong data quality, governance, documentation and controls.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience across data, business systems, ERP and automation- Pronto experience is a must for this role
• Advanced capability in SQL, Excel, Power BI and Power Query.
• Experience with Pronto Xi, Cognos, Crystal Reports or similar ERP/BI platforms is highly desirable.
• Practical experience with Python, Power Automate and AI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and a highly detail-oriented approach.
