We are seeking an Technical Support /Service Desk to provide first-level support and assist users with technical issues across a range of systems and services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or grow their career in ICT within a supportive team environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Key Responsibilities
Provide ICT support and guidance to internal users and stakeholders.
Respond to requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams.
Contribute to knowledge base articles and process documentation.
Ensure timely resolution of requests while delivering excellent customer service.
Skills & Experience
Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or ICT Support role.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic troubleshooting experience across Windows environments and user access management.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
