Our Legal & Tax teams work with the business and our investors to provide support on our global products and services, and the markets in which we operate.

The Role

As the Corporate Receptionist you will be a vital part of our day-to-day operations by playing a key role in ensuring our workplace runs smoothly while delivering a professional and warm experience to everyone who walks through our doors.

This role is a Part-time role - 4 days a week, Monday through to Thursday.

• Create a standout first impression for all visitors and stakeholders
• Manage front-of-house operations, including reception and meeting room coordination
• Organise meeting logistics and arrange catering with precision
• Support efficient office operations and workplace facilities
• Coordinate travel and handle day-to-day admin tasks

Your Background and Experience

You bring experience in reception, concierge, or a similar customer-facing role. You are a professional, friendly, and approachable communicator who thrives on creating positive first impressions. Highly organised with a strong attention to detail, you excel in environments where you can effectively manage multiple tasks at once.

Most importantly, you appreciate the impact of workplace experience understanding that how an office looks and feels plays a vital role in shaping how people connect with and experience our organisation.
