Location: Based in Southern Sydney, with travel required across multiple sites as operational needs demand
Contract: 6-Month Contract
Rate: $60.00-$65.00 per hour + Super
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 8:30am / 4:00pm - 4:30pm)
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to lead and support customer-facing teams across a network of established sites. About the Role:
As the Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer experiences in a sensitive environment, and managing day-to-day operations. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to support service excellence, staff development, and operational outcomes.
This role is initially based across Woronora & Rookwood, with the flexibility to work across additional locations as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop customer care teams across multiple sites.
- Manage and support teams of approximately 6-10 employees at each location.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance discussions with team members.
- Facilitate team meetings, operational briefings, and workflow planning sessions.
- Drive employee engagement, performance, and accountability.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations and ensure service standards are consistently met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in a people leadership or team management role.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and staff development capabilities.
- Experience conducting regular performance and development conversations.
- Confidence leading team meetings and operational discussions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to leadership.
- $60.00 - $65.00 per hour + Super
