Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead - Data & AI Engineering to drive the end-to-end delivery of scalable data and AI solutions that enhance customer experience and personalization platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, define engineering standards, and oversee cloud-based data ecosystems across AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will align technology delivery with strategic objectives and ensure high-quality, value-driven outcomes. This role is ideal for a proven leader with deep expertise in data engineering, customer analytics, and large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own delivery of scalable Data & AI solutions aligned to CX strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Scientists, QA, BA)
• Define architecture, engineering standards, and best practices
• Drive adoption of cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Ensure CI/CD, data quality, observability, and platform reliability
• Engage with business stakeholders for roadmap, prioritization, and value delivery
• Manage capacity planning, sprint governance, and delivery KPIs

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ yrs in Data Engineering / Platform Engineering. Snowflake / DBT exposure is good to have.
• Strong experience in customer analytics / retail / personalization
• Proven leadership in large-scale data programs
• Hands-on understanding of data pipelines, ML integration, and cloud
