As a result of continued growth and technology transformation initiatives, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead a high-performing technical team.
Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
- Leading and developing a team of infrastructure specialists across cloud, server, storage and network technologies.
- Providing strategic oversight of enterprise infrastructure services spanning on-premises and cloud environments.
- Driving operational excellence across platform availability, incident management, resilience and service continuity.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and technology partners to support strategic outcomes.
- Ensuring infrastructure services align with organisation objectives, performance expectations and future growth plans.
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Extensive experience leading enterprise infrastructure or platform teams within large-scale environments.
- Strong technical knowledge across VMware, Windows Server, storage, backup, networking, and Azure technologies.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, influence, and manage highly technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing infrastructure operations, availability, resilience, and service delivery outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Experience within operational technology (OT) or critical infrastructure environments will be highly regarded.
