Maximo Support Analyst (multiple roles)

DWS is seeking multiple Maximo Support Analysts to provide day-to-day support for a large enterprise asset management environment. You will assist users, manage support requests, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure the platform operates effectively within agreed service levels.

Length: 6 months with extensions
Style: Hybrid; 2 days onsite
Salary: ACN up to $645/day; Max Term up to $150K (inc super)

Role Requirements

• Experience supporting IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience working within a service desk or application support environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities.
• Monitor and manage Maximo support tickets and service requests.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues where possible.
• Escalate complex incidents to appropriate technical teams.
• Provide user support and guidance on Maximo functionality and processes.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates, notes, and resolution details.
• Support routine system monitoring and BAU operational activities.
• Assist with testing and validation of minor system changes and fixes.
