Join a large, well-established organisation delivering services across multiple key accounts throughout NSW and ACT. You will become part of a collaborative People & Culture team supporting a diverse, fast-paced operational workforce.
Your new role
As HR Advisor, you will provide practical generalist HR support across the NSW and ACT region. You will advise managers on employee relations and case management matters, support workplace investigations, manage HR compliance and administration, prepare people reports and statistics, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with business transitions and recognition initiatives. You will also collaborate closely with operational leaders, Payroll, Finance and HSEQ teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong employee relations and case management experience
- Confidence advising managers and building relationships across all levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation, time management and administrative capability
- Experience maintaining HR systems, records and compliance documentation
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency across Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
This is an initial six-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent, based in Bankstown with flexibility to work from home. You will gain exposure to a broad operational workforce and join a supportive People & Culture team where you can make a genuine impact.
