Citi Research is seeking a Supervisory Analyst / Editor for our Global Research Publications Team, located in our Sydney office and reports to the Head of Publications, Australia and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Vetting research for compliance with FINRA/NYSE regulations and Citi internal research content guidelines
  • Editing research for quality, clarity, commerciality, style and grammar
  • Project and traffic coordination with the analyst teams, publications staff, and Legal/Compliance

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills/experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant technical discipline
  • Series 16 qualified or ability to quickly pass the exam
  • At least three years' editorial experience in sell-side research.  Further experience in online/print-media journalism will be highly regarded
  • Strong editorial skills
  • Familiarity with financial markets and robust financial knowledge
  • Clear understanding of regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously amid tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
