Your new role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Business Analyst to join a major transformation program focused on the integration of a mortgage product into a broader banking environment. You will leverage your deep mortgages expertise to assess business impacts, analyse end-to-end processes, understand system and data flows, gather requirements, and work closely with technology and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
This role requires someone who can confidently navigate ambiguity, challenge stakeholders constructively, and bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven Senior Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services
- Strong end-to-end mortgages expertise across both originations and servicing
- Hands-on experience delivering change initiatives within the mortgages domain
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes, customer journeys and associated systems
- Knowledge of integrations, data flows and product migrations
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and requirements gathering skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to question, influence and drive outcomes
