Your new role
As a Senior Home Lending Manager, you'll have the opportunity to grow your market presence across Port Macquarie, Taree, and sourcing areas in the Mid North Coast, helping customers achieve their property goals while building a successful lending portfolio within a leading Big 4 bank.
In this role, you will:
- Own and grow a high-potential home and investment lending portfolio across the Mid North Coast
- Build strong relationships with customers, referral partners and local community networks to generate new business opportunities
- Proactively develop your own referral sources through networking and community engagement
- Guide customers through the full lending journey, delivering tailored solutions across owner-occupied, investment and refinancing needs
- Become a trusted lending expert within your local market, known for delivering exceptional service and lending outcomes
- Partner with key stakeholders to maximise customer opportunities and drive lending growth
- Develop a strong pipeline of lending opportunities across a market with significant residential lending demand
- Grow your profile and presence within the local community while building long-term customer relationships
- This role is ideal for an ambitious lender who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and taking ownership of their own success.
- Proven success in residential home lending, with the ability to deliver outstanding customer and business outcomes
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end home and investment lending, including complex lending scenarios and credit assessment
- A proven ability to build and grow your own pipeline through referral partnerships, networking and community engagement
- Confidence developing strong relationships with customers, referral partners and key stakeholders
- Strong customer focus with the ability to deliver tailored lending solutions and exceptional service
- A commercial mindset with a track record of achieving lending, referral and customer satisfaction targets
- Sound credit judgement and the ability to structure lending solutions within policy
- Strong compliance focus and commitment to positive customer outcomes
- An established network across Port Macquarie, Taree or the broader Mid North Coast will be highly regarded but not essential
