Core responsibilities

• Originate and execute mid market M&A advisory mandates

• Lead selected workstreams with drive and independence

• Conduct rigorous company and sectors analysis

• Prepare pitches, marketing materials and process documents

• Perform financial analysis, complex modelling and valuation

• Coach more junior bankers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ prior full time M&A experience

• Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills

• Integrity, resilience and a strong sense of ownership

• Degree in economics, finance or business from a leading university

• Fluent English plus a CEE / SEE language and/or German
