As a Technology Investment Associate, you will play a key role in evaluating and executing investments across high-growth technology sectors, including software, fintech, digital infrastructure, AI, enterprise technology, and technology-enabled businesses. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong analytical capabilities with a passion for technology investing.

1. Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities across the technology ecosystem, including software, fintech, AI, digital infrastructure, data centres, cybersecurity, and technology-enabled businesses.
2. Conducting financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment return assessments.
3. Performing industry, market, competitive, and thematic research to support investment decisions.
4. Supporting all stages of transaction execution, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and investment committee materials.
5. Engaging with management teams, industry experts, advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the investment process.
6. Monitoring portfolio company performance and assisting with value creation initiatives.
7. Tracking emerging technology trends and developing investment theses across key sectors.
8. Preparing investment memoranda, presentations, market updates, and portfolio reviews for internal stakeholders.

1. 2-4 years of relevant experience in private equity or investment banking.
2. Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
3. Passion for technology, digital transformation, and innovation-driven industries.
4. Growth-oriented mindset with strong intellectual curiosity.
5. Solution-oriented and commercially minded.
6. Proactive, self-motivated and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
9. Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin communication skills.
