- Execute daily quantitative trading strategies across global markets, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant order fulfillment.
- Monitor trading systems and infrastructure in real-time, responding swiftly to resolve intraday anomalies.
- Conduct comprehensive post-trade analysis, including P&L attribution, transaction cost analysis, and position reconciliation.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and engineering teams to continuously optimize execution algorithms, routing logic, and system performance.
- Strictly enforce risk management protocols, dynamically manage positions and capital, and effectively identify and mitigate trading risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related STEM fields.
- 2+ years of experience in quantitative trade execution or related financial market operations.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, etc.) with basic data processing and system troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with mainstream trading systems and financial data terminals; solid understanding of trading rules across various asset classes (Equities, Futures, Options, etc.).
- Strong ability to work under pressure with quick decision-making skills; highly detail-oriented and sensitive to numerical data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to drive efficient cross-departmental collaboration
