Job Description
Rôle :
L'expert ligne Produits & Innovation panneaux sandwich pilote les évaluations techniques, contribue aux décisions d'innovation et garantit la fiabilité des référentiels produits. Sa mission : sécuriser la performance technique des gammes, soutenir les développements futurs et accompagner la stratégie d'innovation de l'entreprise.
Missions :
• Piloter les évaluations techniques et essais de caractérisation des produits (définition des programmes d'essais, budgets, analyse des résultats, constitution des dossiers techniques) ;
• Assurer la conformité réglementaire, normative et technique des produits de la gamme ;
• Définir et mettre à jour les fiches techniques produits et référentiels associés ;
• Mener les projets d'innovation : cadrage du besoin, élaboration du cahier des charges, coordination des travaux, suivi budgétaire et technique ;
• Apporter une expertise technique transverse en appui aux équipes internes (SATC, commerce, marketing, qualité, production) ;
• Superviser les certifications produits (ACERMI, QB42, avis techniques, ATEx...);
• Assurer la formation du service assistance technique clientèle aux nouveaux produits et systèmes ;
• Représenter l'entreprise au sein de groupes de travail externes (organismes techniques, normalisation, syndicats professionnels).
. Assister les usines dans le cadre des audits
Formation :
Formation d'Ingénieur en génie civil/génie mécanique ou expérience équivalente.
5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
Compétences requises :
• Maitrise des référentiels réglementaires, normatifs et des processus d'évaluation technique ;
• Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse ;
• Expérience en gestion de projets ;
• Rigueur, autonomie, créativité ;
• Connaissance des outils de conception (Suite Office, Autocad, Adobe, Rdm6,...) ;
• Anglais courant.
