Are you a seasoned finance leader in the IT Services, Consulting, or Technology sector? We are continuously expanding our network of experienced CFOs and Finance Directors to take on high-impact leadership roles within private equity-backed portfolio companies across Southern Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization in international, multi-entity environments
• Act as a strategic partner to CEO and investors, driving value creation and business performance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and liquidity management with a strong focus on scalability
• Establish transparent reporting structures and KPI-driven performance management frameworks
• Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives
• Lead ERP implementations and finance system transformations to enable data-driven decision-making
• Ensure robust financial governance across accounting, controlling, tax, and treasury
• Manage financial operations across international entities and align processes globally
• Execute M&A transactions, including due diligence and post-merger integration
• Prepare and support exit processes, including data room setup and investor communication
• Lead financial modelling, business planning, and scenario analysis in dynamic environments
• Act as key contact for investors, lenders, auditors, and advisors

Your profile

• University degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
• Extensive experience as a CFO or Finance Director, ideally within PE-backed environments
• Strong track record in M&A, integration, and exit scenarios
• Experience in international and multi-entity organizations
• Background in IT services, consulting, or technology-driven businesses
• Proven experience in ERP implementations and finance system transformations
• Strong technical expertise across controlling, accounting, and reporting
• Hands-on, pragmatic leader with the ability to operate in dynamic and evolving environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with investors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and German
