Your new role

• Lead and oversee the daily activities of the Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) team to ensure efficient client servicing and operational excellence.
• Support Private Bankers in managing HNW/UHNW client portfolios, including account opening, KYC reviews, transaction execution, credit documentation, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Act as a key escalation point for complex client servicing issues and ensure timely resolution while maintaining a high standard of client experience.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior ARM team members, providing guidance on operational processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Operations, Credit, and Product teams to drive process improvements and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years of relevant Private Banking experience.
  
• Strong language skills: fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  
• Prior team leadership or management experience is preferred; candidates with mentoring or supervisory responsibilities will also be considered.
  
• Solid knowledge of private banking products, account opening, KYC/AML requirements, and regulatory standards.
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage).
