Job Description

As an AVP, E-Banking Transformation, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing digital banking strategies to enhance customer experience.
• Overseeing the optimisation of digital platforms to drive engagement and usage.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.
• Monitoring market trends and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Analysing data and customer feedback to improve digital services and offerings.
• Managing digital projects from conception to execution within set timelines and budgets.
• Providing leadership and guidance to team members within the digital department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP, E-Banking Transformation, should have:

• Strong experience in digital banking or related fields within the financial services industry.
• Proven expertise in managing digital initiatives and platform enhancements.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector in Hong Kong.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer insights effectively.

What's on Offer

• Annual salary ranging from HKD 66,000 to HKD 780,000.
• Additional discretionary bonus .
