Provide secretarial & administrative support in General Management Office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support in General Management Office
  • Handle expenses claim and book keeping
  • Assist in drafting board resolutions for companies within the group
  • Handle confidential information and maintain proper filing system
  • Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirement

  • Responsible, well-organized, mature and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferable with 1-2 years' relevant experience in financial industry
  • Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
