• Support daily administrative operations and assist with ad hoc duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, operations support, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience within the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
