A well-established and reputable insurance company is seeking an experienced professional to join its Operations function. This role will focus on governance, risk and control oversight, process enhancement, and supporting business initiatives to ensure operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Your new role

• Support the ongoing enhancement of operational processes and governance practices across the business.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure business activities are conducted in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in reviewing existing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency, and service quality.
• Participate in business initiatives and support the implementation of changes to processes, controls, and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with various functions to ensure operating standards and documentation remain current and aligned with business requirements.
• Contribute to periodic reviews, reporting activities, and departmental initiatives as required.
• Support projects and ad hoc assignments that drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication and training related to new processes, guideline updates, and operational enhancements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder with at least 4 years of experience in insurance or financial services.
• Background in operations, business support, governance, process management, project coordination, or related functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting business change initiatives, process reviews, or operational projects would be advantageous.
