Key Areas of Responsibilities

1. Provide support to multiple business lines in executing trade confirmations for transactions governed by ISDA, GMRA, and GMSLA agreements.
2. Manage the trade affirmation process through counterparty or third-party affirmation/confirmation platforms.
3. Participate in collateral processing for VM, Regulatory IM, and broker agreements across various business lines.
4. Liaise with counterparties to resolve day-to-day documentation and collateral discrepancies, coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed.
5. Conduct periodic portfolio reconciliations, including trade economics and valuation checks.
6. Lead the Ops team in investigating breaks, collaborating closely with relevant internal teams.
7. Prepare and distribute management reports, including KRIs where applicable.
8. Drive process improvements by introducing industry best practices.
9. Participate in new product approval discussions.
10. Review and maintain up-to-date SOPs / procedure manuals.

Requirements

1. 4–9 years of experience in documentation and collateral operations within a global securities house.
2. Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with the ISDA confirmation framework and collateral management processes.
3. Basic understanding of commonly traded products under ISDA / GMRA / GMSLA, with familiarity in CSA / MCA agreements considered a plus.
4. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
5. Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
6. Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
