A well-established bank is seeking an Assistant Secured Lending Manager to join its team on an initial 6-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Review, assess, and approve secured lending applications in accordance with the Bank's retail lending policies, while working closely with business teams to facilitate and manage the end-to-end approval process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely decision-making.
Monitor market trends and industry developments to help maintain the competitiveness and relevance of the Bank's lending products and services.
Support the review and enhancement of lending policies and guidelines, and contribute to product initiatives, process improvements, and other ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 5 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in consumer lending.
Good understanding of the Hong Kong property market and mortgage lending operations is an advantage.
Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proven ability to embrace change and overcome challenges.
Proficient in both English and Cantonese.
Strong sense of accountability and customer service orientation, with a commitment to delivering efficient and effective service.
