A leading Chinese securities firm is looking for Corporate Finance professionals to join its Investment Banking team, with a current focus on AI/TMT and Industrials.

Responsibilities

• Execute Hong Kong IPO, M&A and other corporate finance transactions
• Manage end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, financial modelling and valuation
• Prepare pitchbooks, prospectuses, listing applications and regulatory filings
• Coordinate with clients, lawyers, auditors and other transaction parties
• Support transaction structuring and client coverage

Requirements

• Associate: 3-5 years' relevant experience
• VP: 6+ years' relevant experience
• Director-level candidates also considered
• Strong Corporate Finance / IBD execution experience
• AI/TMT or Industrial sector experience preferred
• Strong financial modelling and accounting skills
• Professional Mandarin and fluent English
