Job Description
- Drive New Business Growth
- Identify, cultivate, and develop new business opportunities across private banks, wealth management firms, family offices, and intermediary distribution channels throughout Asia Pacific to achieve fundraising and revenue objectives.
- Manage and Expand Strategic Client Relationships
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for existing distribution partners, providing a high level of client service, ongoing engagement, and post-sales support to enhance client retention, wallet share, and long-term partnerships.
- Deliver Investment and Product Expertise
- Develop deep knowledge of the firm's alternative investment platform and articulate investment strategies, portfolio positioning, market insights, and product updates confidently through presentations, meetings, and written communications.
- Provide Consultative Solutions to Clients
- Lead strategic and solutions-oriented discussions with prospective and existing clients, helping them address portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment challenges through tailored alternative investment solutions.
- Contribute to Business Strategy and Market Development
- Partner with investment, product, and leadership teams on business strategy, new product development, and market expansion initiatives while monitoring industry trends and competitive developments to identify emerging opportunities.
The Successful Applicant

- Relevant Industry Experience
- Solid years of business development, institutional sales, private wealth, or distribution experience within asset management, alternatives, private markets, or investment banking, with a strong focus on Asia Pacific wealth channels.
- Established Network Across Private Wealth Channels
- Demonstrated relationships with private banks, wealth platforms, family offices, and intermediary distributors across key APAC markets, with a proven ability to raise assets and generate new business opportunities.
- Strong Investment and Alternatives Knowledge
- Solid understanding of alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real assets, and multi-asset solutions, with the ability to discuss investment strategies credibly with sophisticated investors.
- Excellent Communication and Relationship Management Skills
- Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build trust, and communicate complex investment concepts clearly and effectively.
- Commercial and Strategic Mindset
- Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a consultative sales approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to contribute to product development, market strategy, and long-term business growth initiatives.
