Your new role

• 
  Provide professional advice on insurance solutions based on customers' financial and protection needs.
  
• 
  Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through quality service and ongoing portfolio reviews.
  
• 
  Promote a range of insurance products to support customers' protection, savings, and financial planning objectives.
  
• 
  Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  1-2 years of experience in insurance sales, bancassurance, relationship management, or other client-facing financial services roles
  
• 
  Basic understanding of insurance products and financial planning concepts
  
• 
  IIQE Papers 1 & 3 qualifications are required
  
• 
  Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese and English
  
• 
  Self-motivated & proactive
  
• 
  Candidates with less experience but strong learning agility and sales potential are encouraged to apply
