Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution:
- Drive and operationalize key business drivers including Orphan Policy reactivation, Online Lead allocation, Customer Cross-sell/Up-sell campaigns, and Target Premium (TP) growth incentives.
Frontline Engagement & Presentation:
- Conduct agency branch visits and lead training workshops/webinars for up to 200+ agents and leaders to communicate sales initiatives and promotional campaigns clearly.
Data-Driven Performance Analytics:
- Utilize advanced Excel capabilities to clean, consolidate, and analyze agency production and campaign conversion metrics to deliver data-backed insights.
End-to-End Campaign & Event Strategy:
- Design and execute high-net-worth (HNW) events, MPF activation drives, and customer campaigns with a sharp focus on business lead generation and sales conversion—not just event management.
Standardization & Content Creation:
- Establish high-standard presentation decks, toolkits, and promotional messaging tailored for the agency force to streamline communication across all branches.

Requirements

Experience in Insurance Agency Engagement, Agency Marketing, Distribution Management, or Business Development within the life insurance / financial services sector.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data mapping/cleaning).
- High-level PowerPoint / presentation creation standards.
Solid grasp of insurance product lines (Life, MPF, HNW) and agency distribution dynamics.
