Job Description

As a Client Service Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Making cold calls to Private Equity and Private Credit
• Providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
• Monitoring and reporting on client service metrics and performance.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance client service processes and efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate client documentation and records.
• Supporting the Accounting & Finance team in achieving departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Service Associate should have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of working experience is highly preferred
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
