Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
- Define content themes, narratives, and messaging frameworks for social media, web, email, and other digital platforms.
- Assist in creating educational short-form videos, interviews, founder content, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and visual campaigns
- Use content analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize strategy.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing schedules.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to align content with campaigns and product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, editorial, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio or case studies showcasing past content strategy work.
