We are a private Family Office managing a diverse portfolio of multi-generational wealth, including global equities, private equity, real estate, and philanthropic ventures. We look for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to help turn complex data into clear, actionable insights to join the team.

The Role

In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw financial/ operational data and strategic decision-making. You will maintain our data pipelines, build intuitive dashboards, and ensure the absolute integrity of the portfolio tracking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) to track asset performance and net worth.
2. Data Integration: Clean, consolidate, and structure financial data from multiple custodians, private equity portals, and property managers.
3. Reporting Automation: Automate recurring weekly and monthly financial and operational reports.
4. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive data investigations to support investment and operational inquiries.
5. Data Governance: Monitor data quality and fix discrepancies to keep our records completely accurate.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 1 to 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial data operations.
3. Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
4. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Pivot Tables).
5. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
6. Python or R skills are a strong plus, but not mandatory.
7. Attention to detail, high discretion when handling confidential information, and sound communication skills.
