Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of an online customer community, fostering engagement and meaningful discussions among members.
• Monitor, review, and moderate community posts and comments, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Respond to general customer enquiries and escalate issues or complaints when necessary.
• Develop and share relevant content that resonates with the target audience and encourages participation.
• Create engagement campaigns and activities to maintain an active and vibrant community.
• Prepare regular reports and newsletters highlighting community trends, engagement metrics, and member activities.
• Provide support during weekends or public holidays when required by business needs.

Requirements:

• University degree holder.
• Excellent verbal communication in Cantonese and Putonghua, with strong written Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and English.
• Strong understanding of Mainland China culture, social media platforms, and digital trends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content and build online communities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in community management, social media, customer engagement, or content moderation is preferred.
• Exposure to banking, financial services, or regulated industries would be an advantage.
