1. Originate, structure, and execute bond and DCM transactions for corporate and institutional clients.
2. Manage client relationships across the full transaction lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
3. Prepare transaction materials, presentations, term sheets, and supporting documentation.
4. Coordinate due diligence with clients, legal counsel, investors, and internal/external stakeholders.
5. Support DCM execution against timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
6. Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product partners to identify opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
7. Work with DCM Desk colleagues on business growth, pipeline management, and market execution.
8. Drive process and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and execution effectiveness.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.
10. Maintain awareness of risk management and conflict-management frameworks.
11. Complete ongoing product, market, regulatory, and professional development training.

Requirements

3. Fluency in Mandarin required for North Asian clients; strong English essential.
