Our client, a reputable professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee finance operations for its Hong Kong entity. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys managing end-to-end financial processes while supporting business operations.

The Role

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions for the Hong Kong entity
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Prepare management reports, financial statements, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve financial controls and operational efficiency
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Prepare payroll administration and payroll-related matters

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Qualified accountant (CPA, HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• 6+ years of accounting and finance experience, with managerial responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of month-end closing and financial reporting
• Experience overseeing finance operations within Hong Kong
• Payroll experience is an advantage
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Less experience will be consider Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager
