This is a mid/back-office administrative support role responsible for handling Client Due Diligence (CDD) and document review processes. The role ensures that all client information and documentation comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This position does not involve any sales, business development, or revenue-generating responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Client Due Diligence (CDD) for new and existing clients, including review of identification and supporting documents
- Verify completeness, accuracy, and compliance of client documentation (e.g. identity proof, address proof, source of funds/income)
- Maintain, organise, and update client records in accordance with internal procedures and compliance standards.
- Follow up with clients or intermediaries via phone or email to obtain missing or additional information when required
- Liaise closely with internal departments (e.g. Compliance, Operations) to ensure smooth processing of CDD procedures.
- Support internal audits, compliance checks, and related enquiries
- Handle general administrative and clerical duties
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Fluent in English is a must (both written and spoken), Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or back-office/compliance functions is an advantage but not essential.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and awareness of compliance requirements
- Good communication skills, with the ability to professionally follow up with clients via phone
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
