Job Description

As a Head of FCC, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing financial crime compliance frameworks and policies.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) programs.
• Conducting risk assessments and advising on risk mitigation strategies.
• Managing FCC audits and regulatory inspections.
• Providing training and guidance to internal teams on compliance matters.
• Staying updated on changes in financial crime regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective compliance processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of FCC should have:

• Strong expertise in financial crime compliance within the financial services industry.
• 10-15+ years of AML experience from bank
• preferably from retail/corporate/commercial bank
• In-depth knowledge of AML, CTF, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to design and implement compliance frameworks and policies.
• Experience in managing audits and regulatory inspections.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to read and write chinese and speak good mandarin
