Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with target fund managers across buyout, growth, infrastructure, and secondary strategies.
- Evaluate target funds, conduct peer benchmarking and reference checks, draft investment memos, and present recommendations to investment committees.
- Oversee fund subscription processes, review capital calls and distributions, and monitor ongoing underlying portfolio performance.
- Conduct periodic market research, track fund calendars, and help refine regional and strategy-level investment plans.
- Draft presentation materials for prospective institutional clients and assist in developing new private market investment solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years in private equity co-investment, fund-of-funds, asset management, equity research, or investment advisory.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required; MBA or relevant professional designations (CFA, CAIA, CPA) preferred.
- Strong quantitative skills, including financial modeling, fund valuation, and comparative peer analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with external managers and internal committees.
- High integrity, adaptability to multicultural environments, strong team orientation, and willingness to travel as needed.
