Junior Product Specialist

Company Description

Our client, a well-established international asset manager, is seeking a Junior Product Specialist, Asia Equities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Senior Product Specialist to drive product launch for Asia equities capabilities
• Work with portfolio managers to enhance product communications materials, including institutional presentation materials, investment strategy content (philosophy, process, results, and overall market positioning, RFP content)
• Help educate sales and marketing on product range and ensure consistency in product messaging and positioning in all marketing content
• Support business development and client servicing for internal sales team (such as preparing client friendly presentation deck)
• Assist in RFP process related to Asia equities capabilities
• Keep abreast of market trends & key themes (such as ESG, renewable energy) and competitor landscape and keep track on fund flows

Requirements

• University graduate with major in Economics, Finance / related field o CFA and / or MBA holder is highly preferred
• At least two years of experience in asset management industry
• Prior experience in product management / RFP will also be considered
• Good knowledge on key investment management principles
• Strong interpersonal skills and with ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
• Strong presentation skills with high attention to details
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
