Your new role

• Handle enquiries from agency recruiters regarding new agents' contracting and registration
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including IA registration and onboarding
• Act as a case manager to liaise with regulators and relevant parties on application-related enquiries
• Assist in reference checking processes, including obtaining and following up on consent from external parties.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• University graduate in any discipline
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience (insurance industry experience is preferred)
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude
