Senior Python Developer - Hong Kong
Salary: Very Competitive Summary: A world-leading asset manager is looking for a Senior Developer as part of their RegTech team in Hong Kong.
The successful engineer will be responsible for the development of critical software applications for trading compliance, compliance and regulatory demands. This is a data-intensive position, with the successful candidate working with terabytes of trading data and petabytes of market data.
Requirements: - Very strong Python programming expertise
- C++ programming skills advantageous
- ~5-10 years' experience of hands-on development
- Strong understanding of database systems
- Experience of 'big data technologies' such as Kafka, Snowflake, KDB+
- Strong academic background in Computer Science or similar field
