Talent Acquisition Specialist — Technology

Our client is a Hong Kong-headquartered hedge fund with a strong Asia-Pacific footprint. The firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of technology hiring for a rapidly growing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for business-critical roles within trading technology
2. Partner closely with hiring managers to establish a clear understanding of the technical and business requirements of roles across the technology teams
3. Proactively source and engage top-tier talent through direct outreach, professional networks, industry events and recruitment platforms
4. Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience, from initial engagement through to offer and onboarding
5. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment with the firm's standards and objectives

Expectations

1. Minimum 3 years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment within a technology environment
2. Demonstrated experience recruiting for technically demanding roles, ideally within a trading or financial services environment
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates and external agency partners
