Responsibilities

1. Sales-Focused Curriculum Design: Build and maintain training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, client engagement, and compliance—all tailored to the Hong Kong wealth management market;
2. New RM Onboarding: Design a structured "RM Bootcamp" from day one to probation, including mentorship pairing, sales playbooks, and milestone-based performance tracking;
3. Performance Upskilling: Identify frontline pain points (e.g., objection handling, cross-selling, client conversion) and deliver just-in-time training interventions. Extract best practices from top-performing RMs and codify them into replicable sales methodologies;
4. Field Coaching Support: Partner with branch/sales managers to reinforce training on the job—ensuring classroom learning translates into actual sales behavior;
5. Talent Pipeline: Conduct talent reviews to identify high-potential RMs and design development paths for future sales leaders.

Requirements

1. Sales Background: Prior hands-on experience as aRelationship Manager, Wealth Manager, or Private Banker in Hong Kong's financial services industry. You understand client-facing pressures, KPIs, and what actually works in the field;
2. Training Expertise: Minimum 5 years of combined experience insales + training , with at least 2–3 years in a dedicated training/coaching capacity;
3. Proven ability tobuild training programs from scratch and measure their impact on sales performance;
4. Strong skills incase study development (using real sales scenarios) and program evaluation;
5. Business-driven, pragmatic, and credible in front of experienced sales teams;
6. Fluent inCantonese and Mandarin (essential for engaging local RMs and senior management).
