Responsibilities:

1. Review the IPO transaction documents (e.g. prospectus, A1 documents), due diligence materials and supporting records to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency
2. Work closely with deal teams, legal & compliance team and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve IPO execution quality
3. Assess the regulatory, legal, and business risks associated with IPO transactions
4. Review and provide feedback on IPO transaction structures, approval materials, and related internal documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines
5. Provide training and updates on regulatory requirements and guidelines
6. Provide day-to-day support to the Investment Banking Division

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in law, accounting, finance or other relevant professional qualifications;
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality control in investment bank or financial institution or IPO vetting. Candidates with experience in SFC or HKEx are preferrable;
3. Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements including the Listing Rules;
4. Knowledge of the execution and operational procedures for IPO transactions;
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
6. Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
7. Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
