- CustomerSupportExperience in US. Business Environment -Banking or FinancialServixespreferred.

- Open to workinNight Shift
- Proficiency inTyping (35 wpm)
- Ability tohandle distressed Customers
- Accountabilityis required from each individual
- 6 Days a week
