Summary: As a member of the COO L&D Global Functional Training Team, the IOO Training Consultant will work collaboratively with team members to deliver training solutions to the assigned business unit. Under general direction the Training Consultant will assist with defining learning solutions that support the functional requirements. The Training Consultant role involves designing, developing and delivering functional training solutions, analyses solutions for continuous improvement and undertakes appropriate operational and administrative aspects of the training curriculum.

The Training Consultant role involves designing, developing and delivering functional training solutions, analyses solutions for continuous improvement and undertakes appropriate operational and administrative aspects of the training curriculum.
Principal Responsibilities : Consultant
- Works with management, and/or subject matter experts to understand desired business outcomes and translate them into learning and organization development objectives.
- Works with stakeholders to determine appropriate learning methodologies and organization development solutions.
- Develops project plans including the identification of subject matter experts where appropriate.
- Facilitates/conducts learning and training solutions.
- Designs, develops, facilitates, and delivers learning and organization development programs.
- Maintains an inventory of training and organization development programs/tools and schedules their use according to management priorities.
- Evaluates training and organization development programs for effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Delivers a work product that requires minimal revision.
- Acts as a product and marketing manager for the training programs along with creating communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Independently builds and maintains effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Serves as a key subject matter expert in program design and may mentor more junior staff.
- Handles all types of analysis.
- Represents the department in various meetings.
- Design, develop and maintain a training curriculum for the IOO function within the Global COO L&D curriculums which can be implemented and delivered regardless of geographic location./Globally.
- Coordinate/deliver the new hire curriculum within the relevant geographic location. Liaise with both managers and participants to outline program requirements
- Design and deliver training for existing and new systems/processes/migration roll-outs.
- Evaluates training and COO L&D development programs for effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvements. Ensures that IOO/ COO Learning and Development Training and development interventions are aligned with the Business Unit and/or enterprise-wide needs.
- Consult with layers/areas in the business unit to provide ongoing support.
- Responsible for multiple projects of various levels of complexities.
- Work collaboratively with other global training teams. Provide backup as necessary.

- Six to Eight Years- Prior operational experience, preferably within one of the following functions: Middle office, Trade Operations - Affirmation confirmations, Fund Accounting/ Financial Services functions or a similar role in financial services
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work across all levels of staff and consultant mindset
- Self-starter and team player
- Willingness and ability to give and receive candid feedback
- Attention to detail
Requirements include:
- Six to Eight years -Prior training and consulting experience, preferably in the area of Middle office or Trade Operations functions
- Familiar with ADDIE and experience in building learning solutions/ instructional design.
- Understanding of LMS and AI
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of staff
- Self-starter and team player
- Attention to detail
- Exposure to learning tools and eLearning methodologies.
- 24 Months as a Technical Coordinator /Associate Consultant to move as a Consultant
- Movement within TL and Consultant Level will be 12 months
