Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end chain of business operations, including product development plans, campaign management, marketing initiatives, and partnership collaboration with internal stakeholders across product, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, credit risk, and customer service teams within Alibaba E-commerce platforms.

- Work closely with internal and external partners to drive the adoption and growth of BNPL in-market, with a strong understanding of fintech and lending landscapes.

- Contribute to and influence the product roadmap together with product development and technology teams, with the objective of improving user experience, developing product features, and building operational tools to improve product conversion and overall customer experience.

- Analyse and report key business metrics to support business decisions and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.

- Develop a deep understanding of marketing conversion funnels and user behaviour metrics, with the ability to analyse user retention, traffic, and campaign performance to create meaningful and impactful campaigns that educate users and drive BNPL adoption.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and projects with relevant cross-functional teams to increase the overall reach and visibility of BNPL.

- Manage day-to-day operations, including internal and external stakeholder alignment, partner communications, promotion campaign management, UAT, product roadmap planning, reporting, and budget management.

Job Requirement

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related specialisation.

- 7+ years of experience in product operations, partnerships, and/or marketing within the technology, lending, financial services, fintech, or e-commerce sector.

- Strong data analytical skills, with a good understanding of key conversion metrics.

- Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to project manage across multiple workstreams and requirements.

- Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on end results and business goals.

- Goal-oriented, people-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.

- Proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language, with the ability to communicate effectively with local and regional teams.
