クライアントとの接点が非常に多いポジションであり,クライアントとの関係構築と事業成長をリ-ドするとともに,グル-プの基準を満たすよう,地域のプロダクション機能を支援• 強化します.中核的な役割として,グロ-バルのコアチ-ムと継続的に連携し,地域のプロダクション戦略をグロ-バル方針と整合させます.また,現地市場特有のニ-ズや相違点を明確にし,グロ-バルにおける最新の知見を地域に展開します.

地域全体に対して単独で責任を負う立場として,品質,収益健全性,業務遂行における基準を定め,市場全体における一元的な責任者として機能します.

主な職責:

• アカウントおよびクライアントのリ-ダ-シップ
• クライアントにとっての主要な窓口かつ信頼されるパ-トナ-として,コンテンツ,クリエイティブ,戦略,プロダクションをリ-ドする.
• 新規プロジェクトには初期段階から参画し,変革をもたらすソリュ-ションを提案するとともに,実現可能性を評価し,ブランドの変革を推進する.
• 複数のブランドおよびビジネスアカウントにまたがる主要クライアントとの取引を拡大し,提供する成果物がクライアントの期待を上回るよう徹底する.
• 月次および年次の目標を達成し,関係者全員にとって長期的な成功につながるアカウントを構築する.
• 新たなビジネス機会や提案活動において自社を代表し,既存および潜在的なパ-トナ-に対して,実績,ケイパビリティ,企業文化を紹介する.
• 中央およびグロ-バルとの連携
• 中核的な役割を担い,グロ-バルのコアチ-ムと連携しながら,地域のプロダクション戦略をグル-プ全体の方針と整合させる.
• 現地市場のニ-ズが異なる点を明確にし,地域に合わせてグロ-バルのアプロ-チを適応させる.
• グロ-バルにおける最新の動向を常に把握し,新たな考え方,ツ-ル,基準を現地チ-ムに展開する.
• 地域全体に対する一元的な説明責任を担い,現地での業務遂行をグロ-バルの方針と整合させる.
• プロダクションおよび業務遂行の統括
• 地域のプロダクション機能を支援• リ-ドし,必要に応じて不足部分を補完しながら,成果物の納品がグル-プの基準を満たすよう徹底する.
• 地域の案件ポ-トフォリオ全体における予算,見積もり,納品について最終的な説明責任を負う.
• 納品上の障害が発生した際のシニアレベルのエスカレ-ション先となり,解決策や新たな納品方法を提示する.
• プロダクションのマイルスト-ン,プロジェクトの健全性,業務上の成果が計画どおりに進むよう管理する.
• 地域およびチ-ムのリ-ダ-シップ
• チ-ムのメンタリング,育成,成長を推進し,能力,専門性,長期的な成功を重視する.
• 最新のプロダクション技術,人材,AIソリュ-ションの動向を常に把握し,イノベ-ションを推進することで,業務遂行力と提供価値を向上させる.
• 地域全体で拡張可能なプロセスおよび業務遂行方法を策定する.

応募要件:

• デジタル広告およびコンテンツ制作におけるビジネスアカウントのマネジメント経験10年以上.そのうち5年以上のシニアリ-ダ-職経験.
• 複数のアカウントにまたがる,高額かつ大量で,複数の専門領域にまたがる業務を管理した実績.
• 日本語および英語を,最高レベルのビジネス環境で流暢に使用できること.
• 商業面および技術面の双方から,提案書の作成とソリュ-ション提案を行った豊富な経験.
• 予算,利益率,売上目標を管理した実績.
• シニアレベルでクライアントとの関係をリ-ドし,アカウントを成長させた実績.
• チ-ムのメンタリングおよび育成経験.
• クリエイティブ領域全般におけるプロダクションの進行管理およびスコ-プ策定に関する深い知識.
• プロダクション領域におけるAIおよび自動化ツ-ルに関する知識• 経験.
