A leading global asset management firm is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead its marketing function in Japan. Managing a team of marketing professionals, you will drive brand growth, client engagement, and business development initiatives while working closely with senior stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Japan marketing team, providing strategic direction and people management.
• Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across retail and institutional investor channels.
• Develop marketing plans that support business growth across traditional and alternative investment products.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including pitch books, presentations, and client communications.
• Manage investor events, conferences, seminars, digital marketing campaigns, and advertising initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, investment, and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Drive brand positioning, client engagement, and market awareness initiatives across Japan.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities to strengthen market presence and client acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• 15+ years of professional experience within the financial services industry.
• Proven marketing experience within an asset management company covering retail investors, institutional investors, or both.
• Previous team management experience with responsibility for leading and developing direct reports.
• Experience developing marketing strategies, client engagement initiatives, and business growth campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
