What you will be responsible for:
PURPOSE:
Using specialist skill, discretion and judgment, the role-holder shall support the Compliance Officer –Lux to run an efficient and effective Compliance function that ensure MFS Investment Management (Lux) S.a.r.l. ("MFS Lux") complies with all applicable compliance and AML regulations and requirements
Specifically, the role-holder shall be primarily involved in the execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan for MFS Lux as well as the AML/CFT programme.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Using a full understanding of European and Luxembourg rules and regulations applicable to an UCITS Management Company, and working with the other members of the Compliance team, perform the following responsibilities:
