BIL Corporate Finance isseeking an execution-driven M&A professional (Associate to Director level)to reinforce its sell-side M&A and Capital Advisory practice. AsLuxembourg's only fully integrated small- and mid-cap investment bank, CorprateFinance delivers bespoke financial advisory, structured finance, andsyndication solutions to entrepreneurs, families, corporates, and institutionsacross the full private-market lifecycle, with a strong focus on Private Equityand Real Estate.
Reporting to the Head of CorporateFinance, the role is primarily focused on the hands-on executionof sell-side M&A mandates and capital raisingtransactions, including debt and equity financing, across Luxembourg, France,Belgium, Germany. The position requires a strong team player,working collaboratively across advisory, structured finance, and syndicationactivities.

Your next challenge:
1) Execute M&A sell-side and capital advisory transactions, with a strong focus on delivery and technical excellence
- Play a leading execution role on sell-side M&A mandates, from preparation and positioning to closing
- Execute capital advisory transactions, including debt and equity raising, in coordination with structured finance and syndication teams
- Contribute to transaction structuring, valuation, financial modelling, due diligence coordination, documentation, and negotiations
- Support execution in adjacent areas, including LBO financing, acquisition financing, structured finance, and HoldCo financing
2) Operate as a core member of deal teams
- Work closely with senior bankers, peers, and junior team members across all phases of transactions
- Ensure seamless coordination between all parties involved
- Uphold high standards of execution quality, responsiveness, and client service
3) Support business development through execution excellence
- Participate in client meetings, pitches, and presentations alongside senior team members
- Contribute to mandate development primarily throughcredibility, reliability, and successful execution, rather than pure origination
4) Coach and support junior team members
- Guide analysts and associates on financial analysis, valuation, and transaction processes
- Foster a collaborative, rigorous, and delivery-oriented team culture
- Act as a role model in professionalism, teamwork, and execution discipline
Your skills:
- Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge ofCorporate finance, capital markets and structured finance (M&A, capitalstructure, valuation etc.)
- Minimum 3 yearsexperience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance, M&A advisory, debtcapital markets or debt advisory
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory - Luxembourgish and/or German would be a strong asset
- Entrepreneurial mindset, result oriented
- Highly motivated, dedicated and willingness to learn combined with outstanding service and client centric
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously and in a team
- Precise, attention to detail, organized with a good ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm
- Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to quickly understand complex transactions
- Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing
